About Mind Guide
Practical tools for a calmer mind. No fluff, no therapy-speak, no empty promises.
What we do
Mind Guide creates evidence-based mental wellness content and tools. We cover anxiety management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, journaling methods, sleep improvement, addiction recovery, and emotional regulation.
Every guide is grounded in research from clinical psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. We draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic practices. When we recommend a technique, we tell you where it comes from and what the evidence says.
Who this is for
People actively working on their mental health. You've Googled "how to stop overthinking" at 2am, tried a meditation app and quit, or white-knuckled your way through an anxious day. You want tools that actually work, explained by someone who gets it.
We are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741).
Our approach
- Evidence-informed. Every technique we recommend is backed by peer-reviewed research or established clinical practice. We cite our sources.
- Multi-approach. No single framework fits everyone. We cover CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and neuroscience-informed techniques so you can find what works for you.
- Practical first. Tools you can use today, not theory you'll forget tomorrow. Every article gives you something to try right now.
- Honest. Mental health is complex. We never promise cures or oversimplify. A breathing exercise can interrupt an anxiety spiral, but it won't fix everything. We're upfront about what works and what doesn't.
Content standards
Our content is reviewed for accuracy against current clinical literature. We reference established therapeutic frameworks (CBT, ACT, DBT) and cite peer-reviewed studies where applicable. When evidence is mixed or limited, we say so. We update articles when new research warrants it.
